There are three feed zones (33,2km, 69,1km un 104,4km) on the 140 km course and one (37,9km) on the 75 km course. At the feed zones, you will find:
water;
AMACX sports drink, energy gels and fruit chews;
fresh and dried fruit;
pickles and sausages.
Please note! Tables with water and sports drink will be placed directly along the course so you can grab them without stopping. The tables will be continuously restocked. Food will be available under a tent, positioned slightly away from the racing line so that riders who do not stop can pass safely. All feed zones are also designated litter zones. These are the only places on the course where you are allowed to dispose of waste.

Traffic will not be fully closed during the race. The only exceptions are the first 1,500 metres after the start and the final 1,500 metres before the finish. At intersections where you would normally be required to give way to vehicles, police officers, National Guard personnel or race marshals will be present to stop traffic and give riders priority. However, you must remain reasonably cautious at all other times. For example, slow down if you cannot see what is around a corner. Always keep to the right-hand side of the road, as you are still part of normal traffic. The leading groups will be escorted by motorcycles. If your average speed during the race is below 20 km/h, please be aware that safety personnel may no longer be present on the course. In that case, you are fully responsible for checking that it is safe to proceed.
