GW Race Control mobile app support

For help with activation, event information, GPS tracking, GPX/FIT uploads, Strava import, participant details or results, contact ride@gravelweekend.com.

Please include the event name, participant name and race number. Never send your private activation link or full access token to anyone except the organiser through an agreed support channel.

Quick checks

• Use the activation code or private link supplied by the organiser.
• Confirm the phone has an internet connection.
• Choose Always location access if tracking must continue with the screen locked.
• Stop tracking after finishing.
• Use Log out if this is not your participant profile.
