  3. Assumption of Risks and Responsibility. I fully understand that gravel cycling involves inherent risks, including falls, collisions, road traffic accidents, equipment failures, serious injuries and potentially fatal incidents. I participate voluntarily, at my own risk, and assume full personal responsibility for my health, safety, decisions, actions and any accidents or incidents caused by my conduct, including resulting damage or injury to myself or others. I will obey applicable road traffic laws, exercise caution, follow the marked route, use a technically safe bicycle, wear a correctly fastened protective helmet and carry mandatory equipment. I will respect other participants, road users and the environment, and will not litter or damage nature.
  5. Medical Assistance and Fair Play. I will follow instructions issued by authorised medical personnel and withdraw from the event if required for safety reasons. Medical assistance is provided in accordance with applicable law. I will comply with anti-doping regulations and understand that my race number is personal and may only be transferred to another person through an officially permitted procedure.
